INTERIOR DESIGN

From concept to construction, we are with you every step of the way. First we start by listening to you and documenting your individual preferences, requirement, and goals. Afterwards, we will take site measurements of your space and present the tailored design concepts for your approval. We will provide you with the presentation drawings to clearly convey your design, utilizing mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and renderings, along with finish samples and images of proposed furnishings. We will even plan shopping trips with you to select your merchandise at request.
 
Once the designs are approved, construction drawings and detailed specifications will be created to obtain pricing in order to build and furnish your project. We believe in strong communication with the general contractor and artisans to ensure quality control from start to finish.  We will perform site visits during construction to observe that the work being done is in accordance with the drawings and specifications, and that all sight conditions that arise are addressed.  We can work with your contractor if you already have one or we can refer you to qualified and reputable contractors and artisans from our network.

We have on staff architects and expediters to swiftly move your renovation project through the New York City Department of Building as well as your coop or condo board.  With years of experience doing high end renovation in Manhattan we are the team to be your advocates in the involved process of approvals, permits and sign offs that are part of construction in the city.

We are aware that our clients lead demanding lifestyles so we can manage the purchasing assembly, and delivery of your furnishing taking care of every last detail. Purchasing and white glove delivery services are provided for all residential and select commercial projects.
